This week we have started on our Six-Word Story project. The first step to this wasn't filming or editing though. It was research. My class was required to spend time researching Six-Word Stories and Ernest Hemingway. First I looked for some stories to inspire me. My favorite on was: "Painfully, he changed 'is' to 'was'." It sounded like a quote from one of my favorite movies and I really liked it. After searching through story examples, I started looking for Ernest Hemingway. Ernest Hemingway wrote a really famous one. It sparked a lot of controversy on the origins of the piece. Some people said he wrote it in one place for a bet, some people say he wrote it in a different place on a napkin, and others say he hadn't even written it at all. "For sale, baby shoes, never worn." Let me know what you guys think this means to you! If you want to learn more about this particular Six-Word Story, go visit this site I used. It was really great and gave me all the information!
